Lumps on my dog? What could these be?

1 of my dogs have something similar to what your talking about on his chest. Its huge and gross and we found out it was a tumor. Sadly we couldn't do anything about it. He is still a happy dog otherwise. If you have the money I would get them removed, but if its not that serious just try to live with it. Hope I helped and your dog is alright (:
