I have hives and am ttc?

i read that hives means your immune system is overreacting, and i am actively trying to get pregnant, my cycle just started and i am doing soy isoflavones and progesterone, and a cpl other things to aid the process, but is it pointless with hives? cause if its true that my immune system is overactive then itd kill anything foreign, like a baby, so whats ur thought? thank you
