Why does my hamster do this?

i have a 3/4 month old female hamster and every night she seems to turn her food bowl over, so i was just wondering if this is her bored and normal hamster behavior. also is it ok if she gnaws the bars at night too. she has a medium sized cage with a wheel, two platforms, a edible tunnel and a gnawing stick in which she used once.
