Anything i can take natural or otc?

That sort of pain is best managed by managing the nervousness. You can try yoga, or the relaxation techniques that have been developed to help with it. Some of the things you can learn are as simple as breathing. You will have to do some reading, though. I have put a few resources below, easy to harder to read. Start there and follow any links that look interesting.
