How to arrange Facebook albums and pictures off a mobile device?

Well I have two computers, but lovely PCs get viruses, so yeah. I now have to survive off my Blackberry, iTouch, and PSP for Internet. Anyways, on a computer, to arrange order of an album or picture on Facebook, you just drag it. But, with the iTouch, when I do that, the little drag icon appears, but doesn't drag. Is there any way to arrange off a mobile device?
