GUNIEA PIG HELP! I'M WORRIED!! WEIRD NOISES AND DIFFERENT GENDER PROBLEMS!!!?

okay so as soon as we found out our guinea pigs were 2 different genders and separated them, I NEED IT BADLY PLEASE!!!maybe to late? our girl has been eating more but isn't all that round like i heard. we separated them 2 months ago. i read that if they are having 1 it is hard 2 tell if they are. anyways our boy, bandit is gnawing at the bars and is making choking sounds? (he is a little overweight for a year and what is the average weight for a male) is he choking because he is fat? the girl, josie, has been making howling sounds. what does this mean? please help im scared and worried because they can die of pregnancy. PLEASE HELP! thank you
