How to get involved in a charity supporting teens that self harm?

I have been dealing with self harm for years. I'm 16, but I really want to help others. I want to actively DO something, not just donate funding. How do I get involved? I also need service hours for school and I would like get them by helping out in some field of mental health. Is this possible even though I am a minor? Please and thank you!

8GB Mp3 Player That Can Take A Beating?

I want at least an 8GB MP3 player that can take a beating. I had an iPod nano 5th gen 16GB before, but when one of my friends knocked it out of my hand, the screen broke, and then I lost it 2 weeks later, and it's been 2 months, and I still don't have an MP3 player. I'd like it to be small, have no screen, I'd be able to fall of a dirt bike at 60 mph and have it survive without any damage, and take a tumble off a ramp on inline skates without a scratch. Something that's as tough as a brick. What could I get? Because all I see now are fragile touch screens, and stuff with a screen. The iPod shuffle would work, if only it had more memory.

I have a black bear hamster who won't stop chewing on the bars of her cage. I tried every suggestion;wooden chews,toilet paper rolls,tubes taking her out more often and Grannicks bitter apple spray. I was wondering if I am doing something wrong because I take her out an hour a day and feed her enough. Now,the hair aabove hernose is gone and there is a little red bump from gnawing so hard. I really want her to stop, but I don't know what to do! I have Habitrail Twist cage but with the adventure cage. Thank you!!!!

...when natural selection is exactly what happens with your religions. Religions started off barbaric because that is how humans were. As people got smarter and could start explaining the natural world, religions died. Poseidon is useless because we know the moon controls the tides. now, that all these questions about the natural world have been answered, religion has evolved and survived to answer the only questions we have left, which are, where did we come from, and where do we go after we die. Seems pretty convenient that the most predominate religions have a "perfect" answer to these questions.
